COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

• During the six-week course, you can not miss more than 2 classes.

SALESPERSON LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Be a resident of the state of Georgia

• pass the real estate state examination

• be a high school graduate or have a certificate of equivalency

• satisfactory criminal history report

• complete 75hrs of the salesperson pre-license course

Saturday School (Tutorial) facilitated by Candle Lockett

• Available for students in this cohort for no additional charge

• The class will be held virtually.

• Sessions will be online only each Saturday from 9 am-12 pm each Saturday until the final exam

• This is an optional resource. It is not a requirement to complete the course.
