Joan Thomas is a Georgia native who loves to serve her community.  She has been a Licensed Realtor for the past 6 years and recently received her license as an Associate Broker with EXP Realty.  Her goals have always been to educate those on building wealth through owning real estate.  You can count on her to always be transparent, loyal, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about the market.  She knows how important every transaction is and how different it may be from one person to another.  She is adaptable as she spent three years working within the New Construction industry.  She never meets a stranger and most if not all of her clients become family!
